Your Role
As the administrative assistant, you will be involved directly in the success of the business. By managing client meetings, booking travel and assisting in other business item, you ensure the days function smoothly and efficiently.
You Will Be Responsible For:
Calendaring - booking meetings between team members, or coordinating client visits.
Booking travel (US & International) and managing any disruptions
Expense Reporting - completing business expense reports
Office Management - assisting when visitors come into the office, both internal and external
Managing catering and restaurant reservations
Other general business needs - client database management, committee presentations
Assisting up to six Managing Directors - managing their calendars, booking travel, expense reporting, along with any other additional business needs.
May act as an informal resource for Team members with less experience
The Experience You Bring:
History in Administration work is a plus but not required.
Applies knowledge of how the Team integrates with other Teams to achieve objectives

The salary range for this position in New York City is $80,000-$85,000 annually. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience, and location.
