We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As a Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our company database. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the overall success of our advertising and PR initiatives.

Responsibilities



 Input new or updated information into the company database with utmost accuracy.

 Verify data by comparing it to source documents or external references.

 Sort, organize, and maintain electronic files of completed work.

 Review discrepancies in data received, resolve inconsistencies, and ensure integrity of information.

 Maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive information processed.

 Assist with any ad hoc administrative tasks related to data management.



Qualifications



 Previous experience in an internship or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

 Familiarity with advertising or PR industry is a plus.

 Must have access to high-speed internet connection for remote work.

 Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).

 Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
