Job Description

The Scheduler will be responsible for managing and coordinating appointments, communicating with clients and vendors, maintaining scheduling systems, and resolving scheduling conflicts.


Required Skills:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must possess a strong work ethic and be flexible in meeting assignments.
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills and a high energy level are required.
  • Proficiency with google sheets, google docs, google calendar
  • Must be a self-starter, with a high level of integrity, initiative and creativity.
  • Good decision-making ability and learning agility

Job Responsibilities:

  • Making 15-20 phone calls per hour.
  • Administrative support.
  • Review specifications and other documents to ensure compliance.
  • Handle accounts that requires appointment setting and appointment management.


*Sales experience preferred, but familiarity with appointment setting and/or cold calling of any sort is a plus.

Additional requirements:

  • Must have a quiet, home office space that is free of distractions a plus.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer navigation skills
