Position Overview

We are seeking an AI Researcher/Engineer who is well-versed in the latest generative AI stack to join our cutting-edge AI team. As a crucial part of our innovation-driven environment, you will be instrumental in advancing our AI capabilities, focusing on content generation, semantic search, and agent technologies that align with our tech-stack which includes tools like LangChain, OpenAI, Hugging Face, and others depicted in our Generative AI Stack.

What can we expect from you?

Responsibilities

• Innovation in AI Applications- Lead the development of applications harnessing AI technologies for content generation and semantic search. Drive the creation of intelligent agents using application frameworks such as LangChain.
• Technical Leadership- Guide the deployment and integration of generative models, ensuring seamless functionality within our technology ecosystem which includes deployment tools like Gradio and Model Hosting on platforms such as AWS and Hugging Face.
• AI Stack Enhancement- Continuously update our AI stack by incorporating new models and frameworks, staying aligned with industry trends, and ensuring optimal performance across data, models, and evaluation metrics.
• Cross-Domain Solutions- Design and develop AI solutions that efficiently leverage data loaders, vector databases, and context window management to solve complex problems within the financial industry.
• Research and Development- Engage in active research and development, maintaining expertise in foundational models, training protocols, and evaluation strategies pertinent to our tech-stack.

Qualifications

• Educational Background- A bachelor degree (master/PhDs are preferred) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related field.
• Tech-Stack Proficiency- Hands-on experience with the generative AI stack, including frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI, and vector databases like Pinecone.
• Foundation Models Experience- A robust understanding and practical experience in working with large-scale foundation models, including their deployment, training, and inference.
• Collaborative Development- Proven track record in collaborative software development, preferably with open-source contributions in AI and machine learning projects.
• Advanced Analytical Skills- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a solid foundation in probability, statistics, and machine learning principles.
• Financial Industry Acumen (bonus)- Experience in applying AI technologies within the financial sector, demonstrating an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in FinTech.
