Role Overview: As the Head of Marketing & Growth at rootVX, you will develop and implement the go-to-market marketing and growth strategies across channels (brand, social & communities, content & PR, SEM, events etc), primarily in the UK, Europe, US and APAC regions. This role demands a proactive leader with a proven track record in the fintech, financial services, infrastructure industries across both web2 and web3 ecosystems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a global-scale financial services / fintech platform, RWAs company, or a closely related field.
• Craft and implement comprehensive marketing and growth strategies to launch rootPe with particular focus on the major financial institutions.
• Develop a range of different targeted PR & content strategies for different channels and Sales assets to boost user engagement and build the sales funnels. Knowledge of traditional web2 financial services and web3 defi and remittance solutions are a bonus. 
• Exceptional skills in written and verbal communication, capable of crafting engaging and clear messages for diverse audiences.
• Experience of implementing B2B and B2C campaigns across Europe, US, UK and APAC markets for both web2 and web3 audiences. 
• Hands-on experience of managing and growing social media and community channels. 
• Proficient in utilizing data to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing channels
• Experience of building and managing a high-performing marketing team, setting KPIs against company goals, fostering a culture of excellence. Must possess outstanding communication, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a high-growth, fully remote startup environment is highly desirable.
