Auto Lending SME

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Auto Lending SME / Advisor / Consultant to provide industry expertise and strategic guidance across the auto lending ecosystem. This role will support advisory discussions, modernization initiatives, and executive-level engagements related to auto lending operations, platforms, and emerging technologies.

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Auto Lending
• Deep end-to-end understanding of auto lending processes and value streams
• Experience across Dealer / Indirect and Direct-to-Consumer lending channels
• Strong knowledge of auto lending data flows, operational controls, and performance metrics
• Exposure to LOS / LMS platforms such as RouteOne, Dealertrack, Defi, FIS, Fiserv, or similar
• Familiarity with regulations including TILA, ECOA, FCRA, UDAAP, and state-level auto lending rules
• Experience supporting digital lending modernization, workflow redesign, automation, or AI-enabled initiatives
