We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our management team and help ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate is proactive, able to multitask effectively, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments, ensuring optimal use of time
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Maintain files and databases, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible
  • Support meetings by taking minutes, preparing agendas, and arranging logistics
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, email, and other correspondence

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
