In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries and concerns
  • Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups or to provide information as needed
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Complete call logs and reports as necessary and contribute to team goals and targets

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and navigate through computer systems efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customers and provide effective solutions
