Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with providing outstanding customer service? Alexander's is currently seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of. This is a full-time remote position based in New York, NY offering an exciting opportunity of a well-established real estate trust (REIT) with long success.



Alexander's, originally founded in 1928, has evolved over the years to leasing, managing, and developing retail and office properties. Our flagship property is the Alexander's Building in midtown Manhattan, which stands36 stories tall and is home to various office tenants. We are committed continuing our growth and impact in the real estate industry, with our headquarters situated in New York, NY, USA.



A minimum of 1 year of experience asist or in a similar customer service role within the healthcare industry.

Excellent and interpersonal skills patients, medical staff, and insurance providers.

Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EM systems and other relevant software applications.

Strong organizational and time management skills the multit in a fast-paced environmentli < commitment maintaining patient privacy and adhering to HIPAA regulations.



Qualifications:


A high school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to candidates with post-secondary education in healthcare administration or a related field.

Certification as a Medical Receptionist, Medical Office Assistant, or similar credential is a plus.

Previous experience working with or in an office setting, though not required.
