In this role, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Provide information and assistance to visitors and callers
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
