We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our database system. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data into our database system accurately and efficiently
  • Verify and correct any errors or discrepancies in the data
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
  • Organize and prioritize large volumes of information
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  • Generate reports from the database as requested
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve data quality and efficiency

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of [50] words per minute
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Prior experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred
