Job Description

JOB DISCRIPTION

1 Purpose of the Position - New Position

2 Job Title -Assistant Manager- Finance & ACCOUNTS          

3 Reporting to - GM_Finance          

4 Roles & Responsibilities -   

* Purchase, Fixed Assets and Expenses Bill booking in ERP  

* Daily deposit including cheque deposit, online receipt update in system, adjustment of customer bills against receipt  

* Bank reconciliation, Interest on OD checking and communication with bank etc.      

*Opening of local and International Letter of Credits and other banking tools.  

* Interest updation in system after obtaining statement from bank  

* Debtors online collection intimation to marketing, follow up for bill details.  

* Payment updation (Local/Forex), Creditors TDS payment entry, 26AS updation in ERP  

* Vendor Creation, Debtors and Creditors reconciliation  

* Obtaining Debtors and Creditors Balance Confirmation on period basis  

* Assisting superiors for finalization of books of accounts  

* Inventory audits in plant  

* Other requirements of day to day accounting          

5 Core Competencies -  

* Good at Multitasking & Analytical skills  

* Computer Savvy (Able to work on ERP)  

* Good in Excel  

* Should be good at mathematical calculations.  

* Excellent communication skill in Hindi (Verbal) & English (Written & Verbal)          

6 Experience & Education -   

* Bachelor's in Commerce Mandatory, CA-inter appeared preferred  

* 4-5 yrs of experience for CA inter (drop out)          

7 Location -   

* Mumbai (Head Office)    

* Need to travel locations as and when required.
