Job Description

We are looking for proactive, organised individuals to support their operations through a variety of administrative functions, including documentation management, scheduling, and general office support.

General Responsibilities:

Support business operations with day-to-day tasks

Assist in managing and organising digital documentation

Schedule meetings/appointments/conferences, ensuring all participants are properly informed

Assist in coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating itineraries

Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and responding to enquiries

Help prepare documents, presentations and reports as needed

Conduct research and gather information for various projects and assignments

Assist with phone calls and email correspondence, directing enquiries to the appropriate contacts

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow

The successful candidate will:

Previous experience working within an administrative & financial role in a similar environment

Personable and diligent with a keen eye for detail

Be a self starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office suite, with a particular aptitude for Excel
