Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Tester to be in charge of all quality assurance activities. As a Software QA Tester, you will be responsible for performing assessments of software products in accordance with software test plans and procedures to ensure a high level of software quality and consistency.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Executes software validation protocols.
  • Assists product developers in the replication of product failures.
  • Verified fixes are applied by executing targeted tests.
  • Effectively communicates with peers and project team both through email and via face-to-face interactions.
  • Performs and documents software test evaluations in compliance with test plan procedures.
  • Efficiently manages own time to complete work and associated paperwork by assigned completion dates.
  • Review data for compliance with specifications and report abnormalities.
  • Takes responsibility for self-development, actively seeking feedback and responding accordingly.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies.


Minimum Qualifications:


Education and Experience:

  • Education equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university.
  • Six months of working experience in software testing and automated testing applications
  • Certificate in quality assurance is a plus.


Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to execute multiple priorities, while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Strong logical thinking, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled at promoting team cooperation and a commitment to team success.
  • Experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
