We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within our organization. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist in the coordination and scheduling of appointments and meetings
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment, such as copiers and printers
