We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests. Your role is vital to creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth operations of our office.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
