We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiting Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to the recruitment team in various aspects of the hiring process. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

As a Recruiting Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting phone screenings. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system. Additionally, you will assist with the onboarding process for new hires and coordinate recruitment events.

To succeed in this role, you must have a customer-focused mindset and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. You should also have strong organizational skills and be comfortable working in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in recruitment or human resources.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting phone screenings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Support the recruitment team in planning and organizing recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus visits.
  • Prepare job advertisements and post them on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and background checks for potential hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Highly motivated with a strong attention to detail.
