Our company is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and improving the user interface and experience for our digital products. You should have a strong understanding of design principles, knowledge in the latest design trends and techniques, and experience with implementing user-friendly designs. Your primary goal is to enhance user satisfaction and positively impact our customer's digital experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement intuitive, user-centric interfaces for our digital products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret business and user requirements to create compelling design solutions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Develop and maintain style guidelines and design systems to ensure consistency across digital products and platforms.
• Conduct user research and design user testing to validate UX design concepts.
• Work closely with development teams to implement designs and ensure design specifications are met.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques and propose and implement new design ideas that improve user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience designing user interfaces and experiences on multiple platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
• Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and design systems.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
