Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Representative who provides effective customer service by establishing a working relationship with internal and external customers through communication via telephone, email, and mail. We'll be an advocate in your growth by providing you resources to help develop your skillset, turning your passion into a rewarding career.


Job Description:

  • Help support the underwriting team to make a decision on pending applications.
  • Make phone calls to providers, copy service and applicants.
  • Document status updates, obtain signed authorizations from applicants, make payment for records, answering emails, searching for facility information, processing request


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Great communication skills.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel mastery.
  • Highly organized, TEAM Player with POSITIVE ATTITUDE.
