Junior Business Analyst

Job Description

We’re currently hiring a key, Junior Continuous Improvement Analyst in our Edison, New Jersey corporate headquarters to help analyze the effectiveness of existing business processes while developing sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements. Responsibilities:

• Align improvement projects with business objectives
• Study and identify strengths and weaknesses to improve processes
• Test systematic process via our ERP system (Sage X3)

•Provide technical research, assistance, and/or training to users in our ERP system (Sage X3)

• Prepare daily, weekly and/or monthly reports via Tableau
• Develop methods to effectively communicate and report ideas so they are visible, accurate, timely, and can be understood by people at all levels of the organization
• Document processes to ensure that they can be reviewed and shared within the organization, which will help standardize process across different branches
• Participate in the due diligence phase of projects and provides just-in-time education for team members
• Assist with data integration activities to provide consistent and centralized data and reporting

Requirements:

· Must be organized as multiple projects may arise with tight deadlines

· Must have ability to interact and collaborate with various departments to create the best processes throughout the organization

· Self-Motivated

· Eager to learn and willing to take initiative

· Ability to understand the needs of users and translate into a business process

· Tableau Explorer experience required

· 1-2 years of experience

*Sage X3/ WMS training will be provided
