Job Description

Looking for an organized, professional, self-motivated individual with a proven track record of outstanding customer service and an interest in both personal and professional growth. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for helping our client navigate daily life, including tasks like preparing meals, providing transportation and doing light housekeeping.

Responsibilities:

  • Be familiar with the basic components of a personal assistant job role.
  • Know the tasks that must be completed to ensure the smooth functioning of an executive's business life.
  • Have a basic understanding of human resources office procedures.
  • Have a basic understanding of office security procedures.
  • Know the ideal personality and characteristics for personal assistants.
  • Be familiar with executive scheduling and have knowledge of whom to contact when an executive needs to reschedule a meeting or appointment.
  • Be familiar with executive calendars and know what meetings and appointments are scheduled each day.
  • Be able to travel with an executive, if necessary.
