Position: Commercial Finance Manager – Business Partnering
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role Overview:
NITCO Limited is strengthening its commercial finance capability to support business
transformation and profitability enhancement. The Commercial Finance Manager will
function as a strategic finance business partner to the Tiles, Marble, and Mosaic businesses,
driving performance management, commercial decision support, and financial discipline.
This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with business
leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnering & Decision Support:
• Act as finance partner to Business Heads across Tiles, Marble & Mosaic verticals.
• Provide insights on pricing, margins, product mix, channel profitability, and cost
structures.
• Support strategic initiatives including new launches, market expansion, and commercial
negotiations.
Financial Planning & Performance Management:
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecasts for assigned businesses.
• Analyze variances vs plan and recommend corrective actions.
• Build financial models for scenario planning and ROI evaluation.
MIS, Analytics & Management Reporting:
• Own monthly MIS, dashboards, and performance packs for senior management.
• Drive data-led decision-making through actionable insights.
• Improve reporting quality, speed, and automation.
Commercial & Cost Control:
• Monitor trade spends, schemes, discounts, and promotional ROI.
• Evaluate customer, channel, and geography-wise profitability.
• Partner with supply chain and operations to drive cost optimization initiatives.
Working Capital & Cash Flow:
• Support receivables, inventory, and dealer credit monitoring.
• Analyze ageing, inventory turns, and cash conversion cycle.
• Assist in cash flow forecasting and improvement initiatives.
Qualification:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
Experience:
• 5–8 years of post-qualification experience
• Exposure to Commercial Finance / FP&A / Business Partnering roles
• Experience in manufacturing / FMCG preferred
Skill Set:
• Strong P&L and margin analysis capability
• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills
• Strong business orientation and stakeholder management
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint; ERP exposure (SAP preferred)
• Strong communication and executive presence
