Operator – CNC machine

Purpose of Job:

To operate CNC Machine & quality inspection .

Principal Accountabilities:

Resin line

1) To follow the work instruction of the machine operation and process parameters.

2) Controlling the machine operation and process parameters and maintain it.

3) Selection and mounting of tools according to design pattern of the Product.

4) To load and run the program submitted by designer for product.

5) Check the Simulation to ensure safe operation and product quality before starting of machine.

6) Ensure the proper and safe working of the machines & equipment’s.

7) To maintain production quality and quantity as decided by the senior.

8) Follow all the safety procedures while working as described by the senior.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

ITI with minimum 2- 3 Years work Experience of machine operating.

Skills Required for the Job:

Ability to follow instructions, understand machine programme and parameters. .

   Communication skills.
