About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, execution-driven Program Manager (Generalist) to lead strategic initiatives and drive cross-functional execution.

This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering high-impact business programs aligned with organizational growth priorities. You will ensure timelines, stakeholder alignment, resource coordination, and measurable outcomes across functions.

What You’ll Own

• Drive end-to-end program planning and execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Ops, Finance, Marketing)
• Develop structured project plans, timelines, and dashboards
• Prepare business presentations, models, and leadership updates
• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure timely delivery against defined KPIs
• Drive stakeholder communication and alignment
• Support leadership with data-driven insights

• 2–5 years experience in program management
• Strong PPT and analytical skills
• Structured thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong follow-through and execution discipline
• Willingness to travel as required
