Job Description:
Hands on experience in HR Generalist role.
Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Knowledge in MS Office and HRM software.
Good knowledge of laws and regulations of the workplace, employment and labor.
Strong communication, people, and management skills.
Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude.
