Responsibilities:

  • Field incoming telephone calls and greet business office guests
  • Make birthday party reservations
  • Oversee team member communication
  • Assist Office Manager
  • General office duties

Required Skills:

  • Team player with energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, stressful environment
  • Willingness to work in other areas of operation
  • Willing to work nights and weekends
