Jr Human Resources Assistant / Full-time (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for an upbeat, organized, and motivated individual who is interested in joining our team in the position of Human Resources Assistant. Under the direction of the manager of Human Resources – Operations Support & Project Management, this Team member will perform varied human resource functions. The objective is to provide our Team members and visitors with exceptional service and support. This Team member is expected to be presentable and friendly, with excellent communication and organizational skills. • First to answer calls to the HR main line and direct accordingly
• Assist visitors at the front desk by greeting, and directing them appropriately
• Receive and sort daily mail
• Support and assist with the Veteran Hat and Pin program
• Organize and coordinate HR Team members award presentations and celebrations
• Provide clerical support to multiple HR departments
• Take on a variety of small side projects as needed
