We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our team as a full-time, remote administrative assistant. The administrative assistant will work remotely and will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize, and have a strong attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining files, and handling correspondence
  • Respond to and direct phone calls and emails
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and edit documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Take and transcribe minutes at meetings
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with scheduling software, such as Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
