Our busy coffee store is in need of a skilled manager to oversee operations and maintain exceptional customer service. As the Coffee Store Manager NSO, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring the overall success of the store. Your experience in the industry and passion for coffee will make you an asset to our team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the coffee store, ensuring efficient and effective execution of tasks
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Hire, train, and evaluate employees, ensuring a positive workplace culture and high standards of performance
  • Maintain inventory and ordering supplies as needed
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by upper management

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the coffee industry, with prior management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment, and products
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds of supplies and equipment.
