Our company is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to join our team. As a Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible. You will be working closely with customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with our products, and providing assistance with installations and setups. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and identifying areas for improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join a growing company and make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with company products
  • Assist with installations and setups of company products
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction with company products and services
  • Identify areas for improvement in company products and services based on customer feedback
  • Work with the sales team to identify potential opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company products
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other technical software
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when necessary.
