As a Customer Service Operative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, addressing their concerns, and providing quality customer service support.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Take ownership of customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
  • Identify and escalate issues requiring urgent attention.
  • Continuously improve service quality standards by monitoring and evaluating customer feedback.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed when handling difficult customers.
  • Flexibility to work weekends or evening shifts on a rotational basis.
