Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, ensuring a timely and accurate resolution of all issues
  • Understand and promote our products and services to customers, providing relevant information and education when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and escalations
  • Provide support to customers through the entire sales and product delivery process
  • Continuously evaluate and identify areas for improvement in customer service, identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, building empathetic and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure all customer concerns are addressed and resolved effectively

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with impeccable grammar and spelling
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remotely managed team environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and common CRM software platforms
  • Experience with sales and up-selling techniques is an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college or university degree preferred.
