We are looking for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team and take on the responsibility of driving our business forward. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and initiating contact
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that support sales goals
  • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate contact information and sales activity
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and present sales proposals to potential clients
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to ensure a high conversion rate
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
