We are seeking a Sales Retail Manager to lead our sales team and oversee all retail operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing the profitability of our retail store by developing and implementing sales strategies that increase revenue, managing inventory levels, and maintaining the store's appearance and customer experience. As the Sales Retail Manager, you will motivate and supervise a team of salespeople and ensure they provide excellent customer service to achieve the company's sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
• Manage the store's inventory levels and ensure efficient product ordering and restocking.
• Maintain the store's appearance and ensure it is a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
• Supervise the sales team, lead by example and motivate them to provide outstanding customer service.
• Identify trends and opportunities in the retail market to continue growing the business.
• Create and implement policies and procedures that support efficient store operations and a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with other departments, including marketing, merchandising, and finance, to ensure alignment across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a sales or customer service-related role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of the retail market and trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
