Our company is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior HR Manager to oversee our human resources department. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. The successful candidate should possess strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and direct HR activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs that enhance employee engagement and overall performance.
  • Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.
  • Manage and support the performance management process, including coaching managers and employees to improve performance and establish development plans.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and make recommendations for resolution.
  • Oversee the administration of benefits programs, including health, dental, retirement, and leave policies.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage HR budget and prepare reports on HR metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing and leading a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
