Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our retail shop, ensuring excellent customer service and increasing sales. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who is able to provide guidance and support to the team, prioritize tasks, and make strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve overall retail shop sales and profitability.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the retail shop, including inventory, displays, visual merchandising, staffing, and customer service.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of excellence among the team.
  • Train and coach employees, providing ongoing support and feedback to ensure a high standard of customer service and successful sales outcomes.
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives and promotions to increase customer traffic and sales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and financial reports to make informed decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in retail management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and financial reports.
  • Experience developing successful marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and sales results.
  • Flexible schedule, with availability to work weekends and holidays if needed.
