Responsibilities

• Assist in classroom activities, including lesson planning and delivery
• Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning and provide extra help
• Monitor and supervise students during classroom activities and transitions
• Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and behavior
• Assist in preparing materials and setting up classrooms for various activities
• Attend training sessions and participate in professional development opportunities
• Adhere to school policies and procedures at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
• Passion for education and working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing schedule or needs
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain appropriate clearances
