Test Lead - HR, Finance and Legal

We are seeking a highly motivated Test Lead to ensure the quality and accuracy of our HR, Finance and Legal systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing with experience in HR, Finance, and Legal systems. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop testing strategies, create test plans and cases, and execute tests to ensure our systems are functioning with optimal precision and efficiency. You will also be responsible for managing testing resources, communicating testing progress, and documenting test results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement testing strategies and plans for HR, Finance, and Legal systems.
• Create and execute test cases to ensure the functionality, accuracy, and security of software systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
• Manage testing resources and ensure they are available when required.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to project stakeholders and management.
• Identify, analyze, and report software defects, and work with the development team to resolve them.
• Develop and maintain test artifacts, including test plans, test cases, and test execution results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on HR, Finance, and Legal systems.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Experience creating and executing test cases in a variety of test environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor testing resources.
