The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, meeting with clients, and closing deals on a range of new and used vehicles. As a Vehicle Sales Executive, you will be the face of our dealership, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. With strong communication and negotiation skills, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate records of sales activities, forecasting sales and managing customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and online marketing strategies
• Meeting with clients to determine their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on vehicle options and arranging vehicle demonstrations
• Negotiating prices and closing deals on a range of new and used vehicles
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referral opportunities
• Managing customer expectations, providing timely and accurate information on the status of orders and deliveries
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, including customer history and transaction details
• Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement and making recommendations to management

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in vehicle sales or a related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and evenings
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
