Role: Sales Head

Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Job Type: Full Time/Permanent Position

Mode of Work: Onsite

Immediate Requirement


Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of handling school sales and operations.
  • Knowledge in digital transformational schools
  • Should have good connections with schools
  • Should Monitor and Report on team goals
  • Identify the sales gap & solve it.
  • Identifying new targets or new trends to reach the market.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
  • Producing ideas for promotional events or activities and organizing them efficiently
  • Should have knowledge of Social media marketing trends.


Qualifications:

  • Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP of Marketing, preferably within our industry
  • Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
  • Analytical mind
  • BSc or MSc, MBA in Marketing or relevant field
