Job Description

Seeking a full-time Office Personal Assistant to Management for main office. We are a rapidly growing company and technology manufacturer with a friendly, energetic work atmosphere. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Essential functions and duties

  • Greet and check in guests
  • Answer the front door
  • Handle incoming phone calls
  • Ensure packages and mail are retrieved and routed correctly
  • Coordination and management of Runners
  • Invoicing and filing
  • Order supplies
  • Ensures office, property, studios and facilities are kept clean and organized
  • Coordination with clients and guests
  • Coordination with management
  • Follow safety rules and maintain personal safety and the safety of others including maintaining a clean and safe work area
  • Accurate recording and reporting of information required
  • Follow employee policy within the company

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Office Assistant is a must
  • Must have an acceptable aptitude score
  • Ability to use a computer
  • Competent in using Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Professional communication skills
