Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support, data entry, and other miscellaneous tasks. You must be able to work independently and have strong communication skills.

 

Responsibilities

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, email management, and file organization

Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner

Perform research and gather information as needed

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

Communicate with team members and clients as needed

Follow established procedures and processes

Provide suggestions for process improvements

 

Requirements

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Reliable and fast internet connection

Available to work during business hours (North American time zones)

Experience with data entry and database management is a plus
