Job Description

We are seeking a Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers in providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will work from your home while holding yourself accountable for your success and proactively supporting our customers.


Responsibilities


  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Practices attentive and active listening
  • Ability to maintain composure and positive attitude during difficult times

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
