Job Description

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers upon their arrival at dealership
  • Answer all incoming calls promptly, and direct call to appropriate individual..
  • Handle general inquiries from callers.
  • Communicate with all callers in a friendly, efficient and professional manner and attempt to minimize the amount of time they are placed on hold.
  • Refer messages to correct party in a timely manner..
  • Place long distance calls.
  • Inform telephone company maintenance department of any switchboard malfunctions.
  • Revise and distribute company telephone lists when necessary.
  • Perform clerical duties such as arranging for couriers and proofreading, and assist other administrative departments as necessary.
  • Attend all department meetings
  • Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures.
  • Perform any other duties as required.
