Job Description

About the Position


The position will be responsible for assisting Membership Manager to build and activate the membership base, strengthen member loyalty and achieve specific membership KPIs.


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Maintain the members database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Develop, coordinate and organize Membership programs to achieve established business targets.
  • Propose and develop new channels that can attract new members through innovative ways.
  • Manage on-going budget control for the designated campaigns.
  • Provide excellent customer service to members, volunteers, and other stakeholders, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to the maintenance, planning and development of the SPCA membership program.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by Membership Manager.


Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in marketing, communications, or business administration.
  • A relevant diploma or certification may also be considered.
  • Should have 1-2 years of experience in a CRM-related role, preferably in a non-profit organization. Experience with CRM systems, data management, and marketing automation is desirable.
  • Should have a basic understanding of customer relationship management principles and database management, and marketing automation best practices. They should be able to work with data, identify trends, and develop strategies for improving member engagement and retention.
  • Good team player with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Strong client facing and relationship management experience.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills in managing projects.
  • Should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They should be able to maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system and ensure data integrity.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet schedules and deadlines under minimum supervision.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Genuine interest in the welfare of animals.
