Customer Service Representative at Spring Bak

A Customer Service Representative, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The best Customer Service Representative are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless 


Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers with inquiries.

2. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media.

3. Use computer systems to handle customer requests.

4. Provide information about Spring Bak's products and services.

5. Maintain a positive, empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.

6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and scripts.


Requirements:

1. Proven customer support experience.

2. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

3. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

4. Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
