Job Description

The Data and Report Analyst Associate reports to and is responsible for assisting the Data and Compliance Manager. Not only will you will be responsible for creating and running reports to measure compliance and adherence to Service Level Agreements, but will also be running reports and analyzing data to support Resource Planning for Work-Life and Financial/Tax teams (such as staffing, production, outbound calls, etc.) This position will also be used to support other projects and initiatives, such as data reconciliation between UCMS and eCMS, adhoc reports, etc. The Data Analyst Associate must possess strong analytical skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes data, formulates conclusions and recommendations, designs and develops materials, and evaluates effectiveness in accordance with specifications and models.
  • Conducts research, data gathering, and technical reviews
  • Produces written deliverables to include reports, spreadsheets, databases, formal process mapping, technical design, system testing and implementation activities
  • Troubleshoot issues in reports related to data
  • Identify key metrics that will serve as tools of support for recommendation of action on various aspects of the business
  • Work closely with the Data Compliance Manager to assure standards are met
  • Production of daily, weekly, and monthly reports on performance, utilization, SLAs, etc.

Requirements

Job Skills:

  • Analytical skills & experience dealing with large data sources
  • Familiarity in Statistics
  • Must have the ability to handle complex data using Advanced Excel skills
  • Decision-making skills with the ability to make recommendations
  • Ability to communicate data

  • Work in a high-pressure environment especially during deadlines


Required Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
  • Strong English, verbal, and written communication skills
  • US Citizen
