Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to learn about various human resources functions and projects and grow with the team and university. Team members are in the office two days per week. This role requires outstanding teamwork, exceptional employee experience, and a willingness to learn. Join us in supporting future healthcare leaders.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide general support to the HR Team and serve as the first point of contact for the department. Duties include answering phones, greeting visitors, handling mail, etc.
  • Enter employee data into HRIS (Dayforce), including new hires, separations, salary adjustments, status changes, etc. Audit data and reports for accuracy and updates.
  • Regularly run and distribute reports.
  • Assist HR Generalist with annual salary reconciliation, performance management system, and special projects.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Manager with onboarding programs and employee engagement.

What we’re looking for:

  • 0-2 years of experience in human resources or business administration.
  • Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Attention to detail; demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness, monitoring own work to ensure quality.
