Our ideal candidate is a graduate from an Accounting or Office Administration program with previous experience supporting a busy team. The roles and responsibilities will provide a broad range of experience and knowledge that can be helpful for starting your career in Accounting or Project Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Review clients contracts/agreements and purchase orders to ensure the end results will be fully functional projects in our ERP system.
  • Ensure project creation and modifications comply with company-directed standards.
  • Assist and provide backup support to accounting staff and auditors.
  • Prepare and maintain accounting files, records, and reports.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • The ability to effectively and courteously communicate written and verbal information, and to clarify requirements as needed.
  • Strong analytical intuition and problem-solving skills.
  • A service focused approach and willingness to work additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Clear ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • A willingness to support the team as required and work in a collaborative manner.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and can easily analyze and create basic formulas.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft D365 is an asset but not mandatory
