The Virtual Office Assistant is responsible for helping in all areas of the business, from customer service to operations support. This person will get the opportunity to work directly with all departments and be a part of a fast-moving business.

NB: Candidates will have a schedule meeting with our lead hiring manager, Mr Harry Anderson. It will take up to 30-40 minutes through Telegram Messenger Chat App, have it installed on your phone, then add and message the hiring manager by searching for this username OfficeHrDesk


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Answer main business line and listen to voicemails. These could be from existing or potential clients, as well as patients. Transfer to other team members and create Zendesk tickets accordingly.
  • Review and assign incoming Zendesk tickets to groups or team members
  • Answer online chat questions and/or create Zendesk tickets accordingly
  • Ensure tickets are being completed/closed in a timely manner
  • Assist streamlining use of Zendesk
  • Assist in completing orders for Remote Patient Monitoring Devices
  • Be available for ad hoc requests per department needs


Experience

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with ambition to learn new things
  • Ability to work efficiently and can quickly adjust as needed in a task-based environment
  • Good organization skills
  • Experience with CRMs
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools or something similar (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
